This policy applies to all bookings made through our website, directly, or via any third-party or booking platform. Residents may terminate this accommodation reservation within fourteen (14) days of the booking confirmation date, provided that cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the check-in date. A penalty of AED 500 will be deducted as an administrative charge, registration will be non-refunded, and any amounts paid in advance, including the deposit, will be refunded after this deduction. In case of any dispute arising from this policy, the company’s decision shall be final and binding. If residents terminate this accommodation reservation after 14 days from the booking confirmation date, or within 24 hours prior to the check-in date, cancellation charges will apply, and the residents agree to pay the full amount for the total number of days or period stated in the accommodation contract or in the booking confirmation document, shall be paid as cancellation charges.
During the stay in the Property, cancellation charges will apply and the residents agrees that full payment for the total number of days stated in the accommodation contract period shall be paid as cancellation charges.
If the student fails to occupy the accommodation on the confirmed start date, ESAW reserves the right to treat the reservation as active and charge rent accordingly from start date in booking confirmation. Subject to the ESAW approval, the student may request for one time postponement of the start date, provided that:
If the Student fails to submit a postponement request prior to the original start date, rent shall be calculated from the original start date as specified in the booking confirmation.
Where a postponement has been approved, but the student fails to occupy the accommodation on the revised start date, rent shall be charged from that revised date.
If the student does not occupy the accommodation within seven (7) days of the revised start date, the booking shall be considered cancelled, and no fees will be refunded.
The security deposit shall be refunded within fifteen (15) working days following to the successful check out date. The Resident must complete successful check-out process, full settlement of all outstanding dues until the day of check out, completion of the entire contractual period agreed in contract, and provided with a minimum one (1) month prior written notice to ESAW, the items provided by ESAW being returned in good condition, free from any damage beyond normal wear and tear, and no penalties having been incurred during the period of stay. The security deposit may be paid in United States Dollars (USD); however, any refund of the security deposit will be issued exclusively in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). No cash refunds or alternative modes of payment will not be permitted.
Any charges incurred during a bank transfer (inward and outward) must be covered by the student. Please ensure the full invoiced amount is received without any deductions.
