Our apartments are so conveniently positioned within Dubai Al Khail Gate that it will only take you a few minutes to travel to your institution.
Our on-site courteous team is always available to take care of your needs at the Reception Centre located on the ground floor. While you are studying, we will clean your room, accept your courier delivery, and even answer your parents' phone calls. On-site, a skilled property management staff is available to discuss your problems and offer the necessary repairs. The access control system, together with CCTVs and a 24-hour security crew on-site, ensures your comfort and security. The experienced Residence Assistants and Residence Manager will ensure that you are well informed about all of the exciting community events and activities and that you do not miss the most intriguing ones!
